Payment: We accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks an all major credit cards. Let us know if you are sending your payment using standard mail and include the order number with your check.

Phone Calls: Decorating For Divas is not currently staffed to handle phone calls, with a small staff we find email much more cost effective and efficient to answer your questions properly. Placing an order online is safe and secure with our E-commerce provider Paypal. In fact it is much safer to provide credit card information online with a secure connection, than placing it over a phone line.

Return Policy: Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us for a no questions asked refund. 

Shipping: We make every attempt to ship your item within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified promptly by email, Please email us at contact@decoratingfordivas.com for customer returns due to damage, you will be credited for the cost of you purchase including shipping upon receipt of the defective item or replacement will be sent at no further cost to you. 

Let us know if something is wrong and we will do everything we can to make it right.
